One toll‐free number, (888) 254-2858, gives customers access to our dedicated service and support team 24x7, providing easy and immediate access to highly skilled certified technicians and engineers who can efficiently resolve all network and service related issues.
- A ticket and work flow tracking system. A ticket number will be assigned and given to you on the first call.
- 24x7 service desk support
- 24x7 remote technical support for troubleshooting assistance
- 24 hour shipment of components to replace identified failed components
- Unique to GCI, site agents and technicians across the GCI service area can provide rapid onsite support
